Model Britain is built on a foundation of trust, transparency, and cultural responsibility. These principles guide every decision we make—from sponsorships and funding to operational oversight and long-term legacy.
We operate under a governance structure that is accountable to the public interest. Model Britain’s leadership reports on all major project milestones, funding inflows, and sponsorship arrangements in regular updates available to key stakeholders and local authorities.
All financial contributions, whether from public grants, corporate sponsors, or private investments, are documented and disclosed in compliance with UK financial governance regulations. No “dark money” or non-declared influence is permitted.
We maintain a strict Ethical Partnership Code that every sponsor must agree to. This code includes:
No partnerships with companies involved in arms trading, tobacco, exploitation, or environmental harm.
Prioritisation of ESG-aligned brands.
Full public disclosure of major sponsorship deals, with impact metrics.
An independent advisory board will be established, consisting of educators, community leaders, and ethics specialists. This board reviews key partnerships and provides guidance on maintaining cultural and educational integrity.
All commercial activity must enhance, not overshadow, the project’s role as a national cultural asset. Model Britain will never allow branding or partnerships that diminish its educational mission or distort British heritage for commercial ends.
Governance includes mandated inclusion of voices from youth groups, local communities, and underrepresented sectors to shape policies, programming, and partnerships.
Model Britain will publish an annual Social, Cultural & Environmental Impact Report, documenting:
Emissions reductions and green building initiatives
