Education at Model Britain
Bringing Britain’s history, innovation, engineering, and culture to life through immersive miniature storytelling.
Explore, Imagine, Inspire.
Model Britain is developing a nationally significant educational programme designed to inspire curiosity, creativity, and discovery across all key stages.
Through immersive miniature environments, storytelling, engineering, and interactive learning experiences, students will explore Britain’s past, present, and future in ways that extend far beyond the classroom.
Educational programmes, workshops, and school visit experiences are currently in development as part of the wider Model Britain project.
Model Britain’s educational vision is guided by an independent Education Committee helping shape curriculum relevance, accessibility, learning outcomes, and long-term educational partnerships.
The committee is chaired by Prof. Dr Ger Graus OBE, whose experience in education and institutional development supports Model Britain’s ambition to become one of the UK’s most inspiring learning environments for young people and families.
Supporting Curriculum Learning Through Exploration
Our education programme is carefully aligned with the UK curriculum, enabling schools to deliver meaningful learning outcomes through exploration and play.

Explore royal history, industrial innovation, wartime Britain, transport evolution, and the key people and events that shaped the nation.

Discover landscapes, cities, coastlines, transport networks, sustainability, and environmental systems through immersive miniature environments.

Explore engineering, construction, lighting systems, moving components, materials, and creative problem-solving through miniature model-making environments.
