Model Britain’s workshops are interactive, practical, and designed to challenge. Pupils don’t just observe — they design, test, and problem-solve in real time.
Activities include:
- Powering a scale scene using sensors and switches
- Planning a miniature smart city
- Engineering a working transport network
- Understanding automation, robotics, and control systems
All workshops are led by experienced educators and engineers. Sessions are adapted for KS2, KS3, GCSE, and A-Level groups.

Explored through miniature landscapes, coastlines, city planning, transport systems, and environmental geography.
Design and build techniques using lighting, moving parts, materials, and miniature model-making principles.
