History Education

Bring the past to life through miniature worlds

At Model Britain, history isn’t just told – it’s experienced. From the cobbled streets of Victorian London to the turbulent skies of the Battle of Britain, our miniature dioramas transport students through the defining eras of British history. Designed in line with the National Curriculum, our immersive exhibits support learning across Key Stages 1 to 4 and offer a captivating new way to engage with the past.
🎯 Curriculum Connections
Our historical zones are directly linked to topics taught in schools, including:
  • The Great Fire of London

  • Victorian Britain and the Industrial Revolution

  • World War I and II (including the Blitz and the Home Front)

  • Post-war reconstruction and modern Britain

  • The Monarchy and British Parliament

  • The British Empire and its legacy

All experiences support key learning outcomes in chronology, evidence interpretation, cause and consequence, and empathy.
