Sarah Thorne is a senior construction and property professional with more than 20 years of experience delivering complex capital programmes across the public, private and third sectors.
She has held construction director and programme director roles, leading nationally significant projects across policing, local government, infrastructure, finance, telecommunications and retail.
Sarah specialises in programme mobilisation, governance, portfolio assurance and the delivery of grant-funded and infrastructure-led regeneration initiatives. Her work includes securing and managing multi-million-pound public funding, leading decarbonisation and energy-efficiency programmes, and advising senior leaders on capital investment, estate strategy and delivery performance.
Her experience also extends internationally, with programmes across Europe, North America, the Middle East and Asia, bringing a broad perspective to complex infrastructure and delivery environments.
