Sarah is a senior construction and property professional with over 20 years’ experience delivering complex capital programmes across the public, private and third sectors. She has held construction director and programme director roles, leading nationally significant projects within policing, local government, infrastructure, finance, telecoms, and retail.
Sarah specialises in programme mobilisation, governance, portfolio assurance, and the delivery of grant-funded and infrastructure-led regeneration initiatives. Her work includes securing and managing multi-million-pound public funding, leading decarbonisation and energy efficiency programmes, and advising senior leaders on capital investment, estate strategy, and delivery performance.
Alongside her professional roles, Sarah is the founder of Engage2Action (E2A) CIC, delivering partnership-led programmes focused on employability, STEM learning, and social mobility. She is a Board Trustee for Women Leaders UK and is actively involved in philanthropic and leadership initiatives that champion inclusive access, representation, and opportunity.
Sarah has extensive experience working internationally, leading programmes across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia. She brings a pragmatic, collaborative and values-driven perspective to advisory roles, bridging policy, delivery, and social impact.
