As Marketing & Development Director at Hornby, Simon was instrumental in reversing the company’s decline by championing innovative product design and strategic investment. His leadership sparked a new era of creativity and commercial success, highlighted by:
• The relaunch of Hornby Dublo, celebrating one of the brand’s most beloved heritage ranges.
• The creation and introduction of Hornby TT:120, an entirely new scale for the UK that redefined model railway precision.

National Collaborations & Heritage Leadership
Simon has been a driving force behind major national collaborations, reinforcing his expertise in heritage licensing and cultural partnerships.
