Martin Grieve is a highly experienced senior finance and strategy leader with more than three decades of experience across global consumer brands, corporate finance, investment and governance.
Martin began his career at PwC, qualifying as a chartered accountant and progressing to Senior Manager across audit and transaction services before moving to Unilever.
At Unilever, he held a series of senior executive appointments including CFO Unilever HPC Mexico, CFO Global Homecare and Hygiene, and Managing Director of Unilever Corporate Ventures. In the latter role he led Unilever's global venture-capital and private-equity activities across Europe, North America and Asia.
Martin later joined Reckitt as SVP Corporate Finance, leading global financial reporting, planning, strategic analysis, M&A evaluation and capital allocation, while also playing a central role in a major global finance transformation programme.

His background in global corporate finance, capital allocation, venture investment and M&A brings an important investor perspective to the project, helping challenge assumptions, assess financial strategy and support disciplined decision-making.
His governance experience also strengthens Model Britain's ability to develop the financial frameworks and oversight expected of a major destination project as it moves through successive stages of development and capital formation.
