Mark Jones is a senior figure in the UK visitor attractions and hospitality sector, bringing more than three decades of operational and executive leadership experience across some of the country's most complex, high-volume destinations.
As UK Operations Director for Center Parcs, Mark oversaw the Sherwood, Elveden and Longleat forest resorts, with a combined turnover of £110 million and a workforce of more than 3,200 people. His responsibilities encompassed large-scale guest operations, strategic planning and service delivery across accommodation, leisure, retail and family experiences.
Mark subsequently became Operations Director at the Eden Project, leading operations across the £130 million facility, managing 388 staff and helping deliver the visitor experience within one of Britain's most distinctive educational and environmental attractions.
He later served as Managing Director of Wyboston Lakes, a 380-acre hospitality, training and leisure resort, and since 2019 has served as Chairman of Pico Technology, a significant worldwide exporter of British technology.
