Ali Hassan is the Director of Sponsorship and Strategic Partnerships at Model Britain. He is responsible for building, negotiating and managing high-value brand partnerships that align with the attraction’s national vision and long-term cultural significance. With over a decade of experience in business development, Ali brings a commercially driven approach to one of the UK’s most ambitious visitor attractions.

Ali leads engagement with Tier 1 sponsors across aviation, finance, retail and heritage sectors. He works closely with our CEO, Gary McCauley, and the executive team to shape sponsorship packages that deliver long-term brand value, media exposure and immersive brand integration inside the attraction itself. His approach is built on trust, clarity and alignment with corporate values that reflect Britain’s diversity and innovation.
Prior to joining Model Britain, Ali held senior commercial roles in the events and entertainment sector, where he secured major cross-industry partnerships and activated campaigns with global reach. His strength lies in translating creative opportunities into measurable returns for sponsors.

Ali sees Model Britain as a once-in-a-generation platform for storytelling, placemaking and national pride. He is currently leading sponsorship efforts for the 2028 grand opening, timed to coincide with the 80th birthday of King Charles III. His goal is to help headline sponsors become a permanent part of Britain’s cultural landscape through this iconic new destination.
